Chartered in 2001 in both the United States and Venezuela by Col. David J. Wright to develop an international cross-cultural sharing economy, re-utilize surplus equipment overseas, and facilitate the free exchange of humanitarian aid development with indigenous peoples.
Today the organization is deactivated and shelved until the Venezuelan political crisis becomes resolved, the organization maintains good offices as an offshore de facto corporation. Not to be confused with the fictitious shell company established in the 1960s by the CIA,
